Fabrics/products

All fabrics are sold by the 1/2m. They are cut by hand in continuous lengths and while we try to be as accurate as possible there may be a 1-2cm variation.

If the stock levels of a particular item are incorrect we will either refund or give you an option to swap or wait for new stock to arrive.

We have made every effort to take accurate photographs of the products on our website. The actual colours may differ due to photographic limitations or screen settings.

We cannot accept responsibility for any fault, flaws or colour changes that occur due to use or washing, and cannot accept responsibility for items that do not match a customer’s expectations.

Orders

If you wish to amend your order please send us an email as soon as you can. We cannot amend orders that have already been dispatched.

We strive to dispatch your order withing 2 days, however turnaround times do vary during busy periods. Some items take longer to dispatch and these are marked in the description. The turnaround time does not include delivery times.

Shipping

We ship parcels by Royal Mail and normal delivery times are 1-2 days from dispatch, but can take up to 10 days for reasons out of our control.

International orders:

We ship from the UK with Royal Mail or DPD and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Please note that orders may be liable to customs charges and that you are responsible for any charges incurred. The charges must be paid before the parcel can be delivered. Failure to pay customs charges will mean the parcel is returned to us.

Returns

Please check your order as soon as it arrives as we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for fabrics that have been used in any way. If you wish to return your order you have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know.

In order to return your order it must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have your receipt as proof of purchase.

Unfortunately sewing patterns and gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete a return you must first email us (hello@LegendSisters.co.uk). Once we receive the return item it will be inspected and we will notify you by email whether an exchange or refund is possible.

Flawed Items

We take care to check all items before posting, however occasionally small flaws can be missed. If an item is flawed you have 30 days to let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation either through exchange or refund.

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not applicable for a refund.

In the case of a refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, therefore if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your payment will be credited by the method in which the original payment was made.

When returning your item remember to obtain proof of purchase and/or tracking information.
